Yes, which ever license you purchase, your file will contain the untagged beat.
On social media or YouTube, I always include the title of the beat in the description of the video. Use the search on the filter bar located on the Beats page and search for the title and you will find it. If you can not find it on the Beats page, go to the More Beats page.
135BPM to around 170BPM.
No, you cannot. Here’s why: When you license a beat, you’re buying the rights to use it — you are not buying the copyright to the instrumental itself. The producer always owns the copyright to the beat.
If you try to put the beat or your finished song (which uses the beat) into YouTube Content ID, you’re basically telling YouTube “I own this music 100%.” That’s not true, because the instrumental is still owned by the producer. What happens then? You end up blocking other artists who also licensed the beat fairly. This causes disputes, takedowns, and even risks your own song being removed.
Think of it like renting a car: you can drive it, make trips, and even show it off — but you can’t register it in your name, because you don’t own the car. Same thing with beats.
With your license, you can release your song on streaming platforms, perform it, and even monetize it — just not claim ownership over the original beat itself.
Please artists and musicians — do not try to register the beat or your song with Content ID. Doing this creates a lot of problems: it blocks other artists who also licensed the beat, causes disputes, and can even get your own music taken down.
If your song gets claimed, please contact me first with the claim details. I will handle it directly because the other artist is breaking the license terms by registering or claiming the beat. You are fully licensed to use the beat, and I’ll make sure the claim is resolved.
All beats remain the property of the producer. When you purchase a beat, you get a license to use it, a Wav or Unlimited License. You will be able to monetize freely. If it’s a Exclusive License, only you can purchase a license for this beat. You can use it in any project, but ownership stays with the producer. The resulting song can be co-owned, usually with a publishing split (like 50/50), not the beat itself.
